![]() But I probably would’ve just stuck with my nightly Hades routine if 3D World hadn’t come packaged with Bowser’s Fury. ![]() I’m glad it’s finally found a better home on the Switch. But as a main series title, I find it kind of dinky-especially next to towering achievements like Super Mario Odyssey. 3 all thrown together in one polished little throwback. It’s a solid entry to the franchise, a sort of hodge-podge of elements from Mario Galaxy, New Super Mario Bros., and Mario Bros. Sure, a lot of snobby Nintendo obsessives like to call 3D World Mario’s best outing, but, snobby as I am, I had my fill of the quirky multiplayer game back when it premiered on the Wii U in 2013. I don’t think I would have even played the Nintendo Switch release of Super Mario 3D World if not for the game’s mysterious bundled bonus title, Bowser’s Fury.
